Storage depends on your tier: Free trailers are kept for 48 hours, Standard trailers for 30 days, and Premium/Cinematic trailers for 90 days. We send a warning email approximately 24 hours before a trailer is scheduled for deletion so you have time to download it. If your trailer is about to expire and you need help, contact support right away with your job ID — we may be able to help, but files cannot be guaranteed after deletion.
Final trailer and cover files are hosted on our secure cloud storage (S3) so downloads are fast and reliable. Public download URLs often begin with archieboy-media.s3.amazonaws.com — this is expected and safe. If a download link doesn't work or you prefer a direct copy, contact support with your job ID and we'll assist promptly.
Getting Started
Simply upload your book cover and blurb on our Create page. We'll generate a free 15-second demo trailer (watermarked) with no credit card required — the demo is available for 48 hours. To get longer, watermark-free trailers and social-ready formats, upgrade to a paid tier from the Create or Payment page.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal and Authorize.net. After selecting your tier you will complete payment securely on the payment page; the final total (including any taxes or fees) is shown before you confirm. You’ll receive confirmation by email once payment is processed.
After payment is processed, trailer creation begins immediately. You'll see the job in your account where you can track progress, and we'll email you when the trailer is ready. Creation time depends on tier and current queue (see typical timing in the FAQ). Once complete, downloadable video files and social-ready formats will be available from your job page.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If something went wrong (a failed job, corrupted file, or duplicate charge), contact hello@bookreelz.com or text +1 978 522 6530 and include your job ID and payment details so we can investigate quickly. If a refund is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.

Support
The fastest way is the contact form on our website or emailing hello@bookreelz.com. For quick questions you can also text or call +1 978 522 6530 (text is usually quickest). Phone contact is limited, so if you need help with a trailer please include your job ID; we typically respond within a few hours.
Our contact form includes anti-spam checks (a hidden honeypot) and a short rate limit to prevent abuse. If you see a 'Spam detected' message or 'Please wait before sending another message,' wait ~30 seconds and try again. If the form still won't send, email hello@bookreelz.com or text +1 978 522 6530 and include your job ID (if applicable) so we can help quickly.
Using BookReelz
Trailers usually finish in minutes, but times vary by tier and current queue: Free/demo jobs typically finish in ~1–2 minutes; Standard ~2–3 minutes; Premium ~3–5 minutes; Cinematic (when available) can take longer due to extra AI video steps. You can watch live progress in your account and we'll email you when your trailer is ready. If a job appears stuck, contact support with your job ID so we can check the pipeline.
Yes. Paid orders allow regenerating or redoing trailers. Standard purchases include 2 do-overs and Premium purchases include 3 do-overs (final allowances may vary by site settings). Free/demo users receive a single 15-second demo (watermarked) with no do-overs. If you need an additional version beyond your allowance, contact support with your job ID and we'll review options.
Yes — paid orders include social-ready derivatives in addition to the 16:9 widescreen master. Typical files and names are: trailer.mp4 — 16:9 widescreen master (desktop/YouTube); trailer_vertical.mp4 — 9:16 vertical (1080x1920) for Stories/Reels (included with Standard and above); trailer_square.mp4 — 1:1 square (1080x1080) for Instagram grid (included with Premium and Cinematic when available). All available files appear on your job page once processing finishes. If a format you expect is missing, contact support with your job ID and we'll regenerate the derivative versions for paid jobs.
On the Create page you can auto-fill book details either by pasting a public Amazon book URL or by using the ISBN lookup. Click "Auto-Fill" (or use the ISBN lookup) and we'll attempt to fetch the book's title, author, blurb/description, and cover image to speed up trailer creation. If Auto-Fill can't find the data, try a different Amazon region URL (e.g. amazon.co.uk vs amazon.com), try the ISBN if available, or copy/paste your book details manually — you can always edit the fields before creating the trailer. If it still fails, contact support and include the URL or ISBN so we can help.
Yes — you can select a narrator/voice during creation or at checkout. The free 15-second demo uses our default AI voice; paid tiers unlock additional premium narrators you can preview before finalizing. If you need help picking a voice or want to change the selection after purchase, contact support with your job ID and we’ll assist.
Yes — on the Create page use the "Quick Fill from ISBN" box and paste your ISBN-10 or ISBN-13, then click Auto-Fill. BookReelz will attempt to pull the title, author, blurb/description, and cover image to pre-fill the form. If the lookup fails (older books or missing metadata), try an Amazon book URL or paste your details manually — you can always edit fields before creating your trailer. If you need help, contact support and include the ISBN.
